'Frestonia' is located just north of Holland Park, west of Notting Hill, and to the east of the M41 West Cross Route.
Many properties in and around Freston Road have been taken up by occupiers in the design, media and related creative industries, and more recently companies in the internet and telecoms-related sectors. Notable local occupiers include the Chrysalis Group headquarters, Designers Guild, Westway and Westside Studios. Other occupiers in the area include the BBC Headquarters Complex and Virgin Group.
Road communications are excellent, with easy access to the A40(M) Westway, allowing swift travel times to the West End or, via the A40 to the west, the M25/national motorway network. Latimer Road Underground Station (Hammersmith & City Line) is approximately 300 metres away, giving direct access to the West End and City. Holland Park and Shepherd's Bush Underground Stations (Central Line) are also accessible from this location.
Holland Park is well served by numerous restaurants and wine bars. A major shopping centre/office redevelopment is to be constructed immediately to the west of the M41 West Cross Route, known as the White City Centre. There is vehicular access under construction to the proposed White City Centre from the M41, together with a bicycle/pedestrian bridge from Freston Road some 200 yards to the south of the property.
